Travel LTC RN Jobs

The LTC RNs - or Long Term Care Nurses - are responsible for providing skilled nursing care to patients in a long-term care facility. These are facilities, like nursing homes, that provide services to people who are unable to care for themselves independently. Care includes medical management and personal care. LTC nurses will are expected to assess and plan patient treatment, implement the plan of care, and teach the patient and/or family members about their illness or injury. It also includes maintaining accurate patient records, including lab results, medications, and physician orders.
